Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, be ready on time, and communicate any mobility needs, appointment times, return ride needs, or special instructions before the ride is confirmed.

Service Availability

All services depend on driver availability, vehicle availability, scheduling, location, and payment confirmation.

Pricing

Published prices help customers understand expected rates, but final pricing may change based on distance, wait time, extra stops, special accommodations, holidays, fuel cost, and availability.
