Prepayment

Prepayment may be required to reserve time, vehicle availability, and driver availability.

Cancellations

Refunds may be limited once a driver has been assigned, dispatched, or time has been reserved. Missed rides, incorrect pickup details, no-shows, and late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Improper chargebacks may be disputed using booking records, payment records, customer communications, SMS confirmations, ride confirmations, and service documentation.
